The Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services team is in search of Operations Process Coordinators who possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. This role is essential in supporting our operations leaders and team members to achieve outstanding operational performance within our fulfillment centers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various production tasks as required, including order picking and packing, product receiving and storage, ensuring inventory accuracy, and loading/unloading trucks.
  • Lead Operations Process Coordinators will be tasked with providing clear instructions to fellow associates, inspiring them, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Work Environment Insights:
  • We prioritize a safe workplace, which includes wearing reflective vests, engaging in stretching exercises, and recognizing safe practices among colleagues.
  • Our dress code is casual, provided it adheres to safety standards.
  • While we aim to maintain a controlled environment, noise and temperature levels may fluctuate daily. Hearing protection is available for all associates.
  • Employees may be required to work at heights of up to 40 feet or operate powered equipment such as forklifts and cherry pickers.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours), and performing various physical activities such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to commit to a 40-hour work week, including potential overtime.
  • Capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing/walking for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with the ability to frequently engage in physical activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts of up to 12 hours, with frequent physical activity.
  • Availability for a 40-hour work week, with overtime as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
