Position Overview

The Logistics Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the logistical functions within KDR TRUCKLINES INC. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
  • Organize maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for new staff.

  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Establish and manage work schedules and operational procedures.
