Logistics Operations Supervisor

The Logistics Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational logistics of KDR TRUCKLINES INC. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth coordination of activities across various departments.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to management.
- Organize maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Manage the recruitment and hiring processes for new staff.
- Facilitate training for employees on their roles and company policies.
- Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
- Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the logistics operations of the organization.
Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Word and MS Windows.
- Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Demonstrates accuracy and client-focused approach.
- Possesses efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
- Highly organized and reliable team player.
