We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our legal team, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments and utilize your previous experience in a new industry.
Responsibilities:- Assist with corporate information, including reports, boards, and structural charts
- Conduct searches and other searches as directed and under supervision
- Prepare and edit documents, including agreements and contracts
- Format and edit documents for various correspondence, reports, and forms
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist Tax and Finance departments on legal expense inquiries
- Review law firm invoices, code, and manage payment with accounts payable department
- Perform ad hoc accounting and office administration duties as required
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous proven office administration experience in a professional setting
- Advantageous previous law firm experience
