KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and implement production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Prioritize production schedules based on resource availability, planning priorities, equipment capabilities, and material requirements to meet supply chain targets.
- Develop and manage procedures, change management, and training needs for all personnel.
- Effectively manage resource allocation during assigned shifts and maintain daily communication with line management and support teams.
- Identify and cultivate personnel skills to ensure efficient support for manufacturing operations across various functions.
- Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports, providing constructive feedback and recognizing individual and team contributions.
- Engage in Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and technical assessments.
- Communicate manufacturing challenges to engineering and management teams, assisting in troubleshooting to restore production capabilities.
- Oversee backend assembly and testing operations for electronic components and assemblies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Communications.
- At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and testing operations.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment with strict adherence to procedures and quality standards.
- Familiarity with Process FMEA, control plans, and OCAP methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and flexibility in work hours.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Proactive and assertive in leading objectives and executing priorities.
