Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at onsemi. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly line and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands
- Plan and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Communicate technical information and solutions to team members and stakeholders
- Arrange training and development opportunities for team members
- Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure efficient production
- 5+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and improving production efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
