Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to clients and employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with computer systems and networks.
- Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to technical problems, using technical manuals and other documents as needed.
- Training and Advice: Provide training and advice to users on how to use computer systems and networks, and assist with the setup of equipment for employee use.
- Log Maintenance: Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all technical support activities are conducted in a secure and safe manner, and that all necessary security protocols are followed.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
