Position Overview

The Automotive Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in facilitating the sale and financing of both new and pre-owned vehicles. This position requires a focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote vehicle sales.
  • Manage incoming sales inquiries through various channels.
  • Assess customer needs and qualify potential buyers.
  • Coordinate vehicle appraisals and negotiations with management.
  • Guide customers through the financing process.
  • Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and market trends.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and showroom presentations.
  • Close sales by addressing customer concerns and finalizing contracts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clear driving record.
  • Registered with OMVIC.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet sales quotas and objectives.
