Job Summary:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards.
  • Contract Management: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Budgeting: Plan and manage budgets for construction projects, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
  • Team Management: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and oversee the analysis of data and information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:
