About the Role
Mosaic Forest Management is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Nanaimo, British Columbia. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in preparing agreements and documents related to the management of our land base.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft legal documents for land use agreements, including access agreements, road use agreements, leases, and licenses.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to prepare correspondence and conduct due diligence searches.
- Conduct research and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain an efficient system for tracking dates and correspondence.
- Ensure documents and reports are properly retained and accessible.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of real estate terminology, contracts, and forms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $72,600 to $90,750, commensurate with skill, experience, and education.
