Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Brand Momentum. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading our current clients and projects to executional excellence. This role requires a strong client relationship management skillset, with the ability to provide thought leadership and drive business growth with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Account Coordinators and Field Managers to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to drive business growth.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an Account or Client Management role.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a strong focus on proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
