  • Conduct accident investigations, manage WSIB cases, and ensure timely return to work

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education
  • Previous production experience
  • Proven leadership and initiative skills
  • Continuous learner, embracing change and driving results
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Mathematical skills for production counts
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
