We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and other documents related to the company's operations.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
