Food Service Manager

Norm's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
