Job Title: LG Field Sales Representative

At Match Retail, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LG Field Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and providing coaching to Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with retailers.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, providing them with the necessary product knowledge and training to meet their sales objectives.
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives, helping them to develop their sales skills and achieve their performance targets.
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly, ensuring that retailers and Sales Representatives have the necessary product knowledge and training to succeed.
  • Provide sales assists at locations weekly, helping to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training.
  • Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required.
  • Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back to management.
  • Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market.
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG.
  • Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field.
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs.
  • Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector.
  • Minimum 3 years of selling Home Appliances.
  • Experience in being a Field Sales Representative.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives.
  • Available to travel within the market.
Additional Info:
  • 40h/week (M-F) Days.
  • Base Salary + Car Allowance, + Mobile Phone, + Bonuses and more.
