Job Title: LG Field Sales Representative

At Match Retail, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LG Field Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and providing coaching to Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with retailers.
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers, providing them with product knowledge and training to enhance their sales skills.
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives, helping them to meet and exceed performance objectives.
  • Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly, ensuring that retailers have the necessary product knowledge and training.
  • Provide sales assists at locations weekly, supporting retailers in meeting their sales targets.
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends of how product is perceived in the market, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training.
  • Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required.
  • Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back to the sales team.
  • Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in market, ensuring that our brand is represented effectively.
  • Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence, ensuring that our brand is always represented positively.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG, ensuring that our sales team is always aligned with company goals.
  • Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in field, ensuring that our brand is always represented effectively.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector, with a minimum of 3 years of selling Home Appliances.
  • Experience in being a Field Sales Representative, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance objectives.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline, such as Business or Marketing.
  • Available to travel within the market, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
