Field Sales Specialist for LG Appliances

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily client interactions at retail locations
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retail outlets
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Sales Representatives
  • Conduct training sessions for Retail Staff
  • Organize and lead scheduled training sessions on a weekly basis
  • Deliver sales assistance at various locations weekly
  • Collect market insights and analyze trends regarding product perception
  • Plan and execute training and launch meetings to ensure comprehensive product knowledge among client and retailer teams
  • Offer business advice and product consultations to retailers as needed
  • Ensure merchandise stock levels align with product demand and report findings
  • Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct communication with sales points
  • Address issues impacting brand integrity and visibility
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Regional Field Manager and LG
  • Assist in Go To Market strategies and promotional efforts in the field
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive programs
  • Contribute strategic insights to enhance brand leverage.
  • Host video content related to LG Appliances

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in the Home Appliance industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling Home Appliances
  • Background as a Field Sales Representative
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Track record of successfully training and motivating a sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to travel within the market (enjoyment of travel is essential)
  • Comfortable in front of a camera

Additional Information:

  • 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Compensation includes Base Salary, Car Allowance, Mobile Phone, Bonuses, and more
