At Match Retail, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LG Field Sales Representative to join our team in Edmonton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, fostering strong relationships with retailers, and providing coaching to Sales Representatives.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Foster strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide coaching to Sales Representatives, helping them to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Train Retailer Staff on LG products, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly, ensuring that all client/retailer groups have the necessary product knowledge and training.
- Provide sales assists at locations weekly, supporting Sales Representatives in meeting their sales targets.
- Gather market analysis and report market trends of how LG products are perceived in the market.
- Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups are able to demonstrate product knowledge and have the necessary product knowledge and training.
- Provide sales support through offering business advice and product consultation to retailers if required.
- Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back to the team.
- Support Marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market.
- Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence.
- Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG.
- Support Go To Market planning and promotional activities in the field.
- Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs.
- Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector.
- Minimum 3 years of selling Home Appliances.
- Experience in being a Field Sales Representative.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting exceeding performance objectives.
- Available to travel within the market.
- 40 hours/week (M-F) Days.
- Base Salary + Car Allowance, + Mobile Phone, + Bonuses and more.
