Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Motel 6. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience an asset
