Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Skyhawk Transport Services Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining work records and logs.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and adhere to company protocols.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills: Flexibility, organization, reliability, teamwork, and ability to multitask.
- Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on customer service and administrative support.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and visitors.
Language: English.
