Finance Leadership Track Graduate Program

Maple Leaf Foods' Finance Leadership Track Graduate Program is a three-year rotational development program for talented graduates interested in a career in Finance.

The program offers two tracks: Accounting / Controllership and Business Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Participants will develop leadership and expertise in key areas of Finance, including Accounting, Controllership, Business Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis.

Rotations will take place across Maple Leaf Foods' Head Office and Plant locations within Ontario, providing participants with diverse and meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leadership and expertise in key areas of Finance
  • Participate in rotational experiences across Accounting, Controllership, Business Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Maple Leaf Foods
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate students in their final year at University with a minimum of an overall B+ GPA
  • Commitment to pursuing their CPA designation for those candidates interested in the Accounting/Controllership track
  • Strong affiliation with Maple Leaf's Leadership Values
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, with the ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
