Job Title: Head of Finance

American Tall is a leading e-commerce brand dedicated to providing high-quality clothing for tall men and women. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the President and CEO on long-term strategic planning and financial strategy.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation of advanced financial technologies and systems to support the company's growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • CPA/CA designation required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in e-commerce and a deep understanding of the financial challenges and opportunities in the industry.
  • Experience in the apparel industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
  • Extensive knowledge of U.S. finance, including federal and state regulations.
  • Expertise in ERP implementation and digital financial systems.
