Job Title: Framer-Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building and installing structures, fixtures, and equipment made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and fixtures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure accurate building levels.
  • Train and mentor apprentices in framing and carpentry techniques.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in framing and carpentry.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in fast-paced environments.
