Framing Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to construct buildings and other structures. This role requires strong physical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and designs for building construction projects
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials to construct building frames, walls, and roofs
- Install windows, doors, stairs, and other fixtures
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites
- Survey building locations and levels
- Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on construction techniques
This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights, outdoors, and in various weather conditions. The successful candidate must be willing to travel regularly and work overtime as required.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
