Framing Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to construct buildings and other structures. This role requires strong physical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare layouts and designs for building construction projects
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to exact specifications
- Assemble and join materials to create structural components
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites
- Survey building locations and levels
- Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on best practices
This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights, outdoors, and in various locations. The successful candidate must be willing to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in the building trades
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
