Job Title: Framer-Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at Integrity Resource Management Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Scheduling and coordinating work on sites
  • Surveying building locations and levels
  • Instructing apprentices
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and team player
  • Willingness to travel regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
