We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Taraz Accounting Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, directing daily operations, and evaluating daily operations. They will also be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
