Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

MCM-D'Lusso Construction is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Oversee apprenticeship training and train or arrange for training as needed.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Language:

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Term:

Permanent position.

Hours:

37.5 hours per week.
