Scheduling and Confirming AppointmentsYou will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients, ensuring that all necessary details are accurate and up-to-date.
Maintaining Records and LogsYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and logs, including client information, appointment schedules, and other relevant data.
Clerical DutiesYou will be responsible for performing a range of clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as other administrative tasks as required.
Answering Telephone and Relaying MessagesYou will be responsible for answering telephone calls and relaying messages to the relevant staff members, ensuring that all communication is clear and accurate.
