Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Da India Curry House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Hire and train food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we have a clear understanding of our performance.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
