Job Title: Supervisor - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisor - Retail at 9408-8283 Quebec Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of retail workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail workers, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and organization, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and employee conflicts.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
Asset Languages:
  • Hindi.
Work Setting:
  • Retail business.
Tasks:
  • Order merchandise.
  • Sell merchandise.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
