Job Title: Retail Meat Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Meat Specialist to join our team at Tandoori Grill Meat Shop. As a key member of our meat department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring the highest quality of meat products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers
  • Grind meats
  • Train meat cutters
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
  • Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood
  • Prepare special orders
Requirements:
