About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at NATH MEAT. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meat: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
  • Cut and Trim Meat: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Wrap and Package: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Remove Bones: Remove bones from meat to create a variety of products for our customers.
  • Weigh and Price: Weigh meats for sale and price meat products accurately, ensuring fair pricing for our customers.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise other butchers, meat cutters, and fishmongers, providing guidance and training to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Grind and Prepare Sausages: Grind meats and make special sausages to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
