About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Warraich Meats Ltd. as a Butcher Shop Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced butchers in preparing and processing meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean and trim meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
  • Cut and Trim Meat: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for our customers.
  • Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
  • Remove Bones and Cut Poultry: Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts.
  • Grind Meats: Grind meats for use in various products.
  • Prepare Displays: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products for our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Butcher shop environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependable, and a team player.
