Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join our team at Net Term Solutions Inc. as a key member of our technical operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair

Diagnose and locate faults in telecommunications equipment, and perform adjustments, replacements, or repairs as needed.

System Installation and Configuration

Install, configure, and test telecommunications systems, circuits, and equipment in central offices and switching centers.

Network Troubleshooting

Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble in telecommunications networks, and initiate the dispatch of repair personnel as needed.

Documentation and Reporting

Complete and maintain accurate test and service reports, and provide detailed documentation of work performed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with colleagues to determine work assignments, and provide instruction and guidance to apprentices as needed.

Customer Support

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that telecommunications services are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 1 month of experience in a related field.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35-40 hours per week.
