Job Summary

Meteor Telecommunications Inc. is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation and maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain telecommunications equipment and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Cable Signal Repair: Diagnose and repair cable signal issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on telecommunications equipment to prevent faults and ensure efficient operation.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve network issues to ensure seamless communication services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors and in confined spaces, including climbing poles and working at heights.
  • Work Setting: Installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment and networks in urban areas.
