Job Summary

VitalAire is seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to oversee the operations of our Home Healthcare division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of medical gases and services to our institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and supervise all operations in your area, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and safety requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Oxygen Healthcare Professionals to ensure seamless referral processes and patient care excellence.
  • Customer Service: Oversee the delivery of medical gases to institutional customers, implementing and maintaining area operations to meet contractual obligations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure effective continuity of supply to customers, manage customer complaints, and report and quarantine non-conforming products.
  • Business Development: Deliver business results, drive sales growth, and implement efficient Home Healthcare processes and procedures at the area level.
  • Performance Management: Set performance objectives, appraisals, and delegate responsibilities for direct staff, ensuring proper training and qualification.
Requirements
  • Education: College certificate or diploma in a technical/engineering or medical sciences field, or post-secondary business or managerial education.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in supervising employees in a business or clinical setting.
  • Skills: Strong people management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Google applications, with experience in financial accountability.
  • Personal Qualities: Possesses a valid driver's license.
