We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our growing Customer Success Team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and retention
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Monitor and analyze customer health and develop plans to improve

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and team management skills
