We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at 2837266 ONTARIO LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or management role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
