Warranty Claims Specialist

Join our team at Manitoulin Group of Companies as a Warranty Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty claims process.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and manage warranty claims and work orders in our Enrich system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Prepare and coordinate warranty parts paperwork for garages and follow-ups, maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
- Produce and analyze spreadsheets for warranty submissions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Review and verify warranty claims and work orders from various shops, ensuring compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Enter warranty replacement parts into shop inventory and maintain accurate records of new parts warranty inventory.
- Ship out and dispose of old warranty parts as requested by manufacturers, ensuring efficient logistics.
- Collect and maintain warranty information as required for warranty claims, ensuring seamless processing.
- Communicate with claim centers to resolve warranty claims, providing exceptional customer service.
- Register online warranties, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain Vehicle Engine serial numbers and VIN number spreadsheets for Manufacturers Warranty Data, providing valuable insights.
- Pull recall data from various manufacturers' websites and create spreadsheets, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Ability to work in an office setting, as well as in a garage setting, with occasional exposure to dirty truck parts.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with heavy-duty trucks would be an asset, as would knowledge of Enrich and AS 400 systems.
- Forklift license would be an asset, demonstrating a commitment to safety and efficiency.
