Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Power and Utilities sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the successful delivery of assigned projects, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and requirements
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource and budget management, cost estimates, and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and ensure alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and draft project status reports
  • Assist in preparing proposals and bids and liaise with consultants, contractors, and third parties
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet client and company objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional engineering or a technical project-related role
  • Educational background in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical training and experience
  • PMP certification is an asset
  • Experience in a consulting engineering environment is an asset
  • Proven experience in planning and delivering projects
  • Experience in change management
  • Previous experience in client and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines
