Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Vice-President will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
  • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business operations
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead teams and drive business results
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
  • Knowledge of organizational development principles and practices
