About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in a senior kitchen management role, with experience in menu development, kitchen management, food safety and quality, inventory management, staff development, and cost control.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-paced environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to work well under pressure.
  • Physical demands: You must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot and fast-paced environment.
