About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Representative to join our team at National Bank. As an Account Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve business processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Three years of relevant experience in a commercial banking or business development role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and knowledge of banking services and products for businesses.
