Essential Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of professional experience managing significant software launches in the fields of ADAS, autonomous vehicles, automotive technology, or similar sectors.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading initiatives with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong expertise in project management, with hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.
- A successful history of influencing stakeholders without direct authority, promoting teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire cross-functional team members from diverse backgrounds and time zones to meet objectives efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation capabilities.
Competitive Advantages (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with in-vehicle map data updates via over-the-air technology.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies.
- An MBA degree.
- PMP Certification.
- Familiarity with administering and configuring tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
The compensation details provided are estimates based on what a successful candidate might earn in accordance with applicable state laws. Actual compensation may vary for positions located outside of specific states.
- The salary range for this position is between 110,200 and 176,100. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors relevant to the role.
An incentive compensation program is available, offering payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual contributions.
