DREAM HOUSE DESIGN 724 INC is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaking Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cabinetmaking department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality cabinets and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of cabinetmakers to ensure efficient production and high-quality finishes
• Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
• Estimate costs and materials for projects
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace
• Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations

Requirements:

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in cabinetmaking
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
