Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience overseeing major software releases in the ADAS, AV, automotive, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience leading projects with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong project management experience, with practical familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applied where most effective.
  • Proven track record of influencing without direct authority, fostering collaboration.
  • Demonstrated leadership in motivating cross-functional team members across different time zones and backgrounds to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience in in-vehicle map data over-the-air updates.
  • Agile certifications.
  • MBA.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience administering and configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is $110,200 and $176,100. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
