Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and that orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
