Family Law Clerk Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Family Law Clerk to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a Family Law Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers in preparing and managing family law cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening, closing, and organizing physical and electronic client files
  • Drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and court appearances
  • Drafting family law-related documents, including pleadings, financial statements, and agreements
  • Coordinating with third-party service providers and parties
  • Maintaining a tickler system, photocopying, faxing, and binding documents
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of family law experience
  • Knowledge of Family Law Rules and procedure
  • Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and DivorceMate
