Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement production activities to meet established production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritize production schedules based on available resources, planning priorities, equipment capabilities, efficiencies, and material availability to meet supply chain goals.
  • Plan and manage procedures, change management, and training needs for all personnel.
  • Effectively manage resource allocation during assigned shifts and maintain daily communication with line management, planning, and support teams.
  • Identify and cultivate personnel skills to ensure efficient support for manufacturing operations across various functions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports, providing constructive feedback and recognizing individual or team contributions.
  • Engage in Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives and technical assessments.
  • Communicate manufacturing issues and concerns to process engineering and management teams, and assist in offline troubleshooting to restore tools to production.
  • Responsible for backend assembly and testing operations of electronic components and assemblies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics or Communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and testing operations.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment with strict adherence to procedures, processing specifications, and quality standards, including ISO9001/ISO13485/ISO14001 and ISO45001.
  • Familiarity with Process FMEA (AIAG), control plans, and OCAP.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and flexibility in work hours and shifts.
